When Sisters of the Dancing Moon heard about this wonderful shop opening in Louisville, we had to make plans to go. We wanted to help celebrate the grand opening by giving the patrons waiting in line a little show. Plans were made to gather together and perform The Witches Dance to help bring a bit of fun magic to this grand opening.

Once we danced we waited in line for our chance to explore inside and have some coffee. We were amazed by the decor and the ambiance of the place. It’s magical, mystical, beautiful and full of all things occult, spooky and witchy. The atmosphere matched the coffees as the drinks were mesmerizing. With names like “Poison Apple”, “The Bruja” and “Dragon’s Blood” … how can one go wrong?

The Sister’s watched the Ribbon cutting ceremony for the Grand opening and the news even caught a snap shot of some of us during the celebration!

After celebration the grand opening, the sister’s decided they would definitely visit again, and on the 22nd of September the sister’s paid another little group visit to the coffee shop. Again, we were not disappointed in the atmosphere or the coffee. We plan on visiting again. If you are in the Louisville area, we definitely recommend a visit!

Below you’ll find some pictures from the outings we’ve had in Louisville, visiting local shops and building bonds of friendship.

In other news, October approaches and it’s our busiest month of the year. Our next performance is Whistles, Withces & Wine, which we do a couple times through out October. See our Events List for more details. It’s a fun train ride where we get to interact a bit more with our audience and enjoy an awesome train ride.

We are always thankful for all of our fans near and far. We have grown to love the “Dancing Witch” community that has continued to expand across the world. The Wolfshager Hexenbrut are in Salem Massachusetts this fall and a couple of our sisters are fortunate enough to making a trip that way. We wish them the safest of travels and the most fun of times. We and groups like us are so inspired by the Wolfshager Hexenbrut, we are grateful to follow in their rhythmic steps and keep their dancing magic alive.
